Monty Python’s Spamalot is a musical comedy lovingly ripped off from the classic film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Presented by City Circle Acting Company. Supporting Sponsor: University of Iowa Community Credit Union.

Winner of the 2005 Tony Award for Best Musical!  Telling the legendary tale of King Arthur and his knights of the Round Table, and featuring a bevy of beautiful show girls -- not to mention cows, killer rabbits, and French people -- Spamalot raises silliness to an art form!

Music by Eric Idle, John Du Prez, and Neil Inne; book and lyrics by Eric Idle; directed by Krista Neumann.

American Sign Language Interpreters
ASL interpreters will be translating the performance on Sunday, October 27 at 2:00 pm.  Please call 319.248.9372 to request seating in the ASL section.  This is made possible thanks to a generous contribution from the Old Capitol Sertoma Club.

If no reservations have been made in the ASL section at least 72 hours to the performance, the Center may cancel interpretation services for that event.

Bring Spam (and other canned goods) to Spamalot!
City Circle and the Center are sponsoring a food drive during Monty Python’s Spamalot to benefit the Coralville Ecumenical Food Pantry.  Anyone bringing a non-perishable food item or monetary donation will be entered into a raffle for two tickets to opening night of City Circle’s A Christmas Carol

The Food Pantry’s top needs are:
  • Canned meats or fish
  • Peanut butter
  • Hearty soups and stews
  • Beans (canned and dried)
  • Rice
  • Canned fruit
