Elf The Musical
Based on the cherished 2003 New Line Cinema hit, Elf is the Broadway musical sure to leave you laughing this holiday season! When a young orphan crawls into Santa’s bag one Christmas Eve, he is transported to the North Pole and raised as an elf. When it becomes impossible to hide Buddy’s differences any longer, Buddy learns the truth and travels to New York City to find his birth father. But the world outside the North Pole is surprisingly cold for this cheerful believer, and Buddy is faced with a harsh reality when he finds out his father is on the Naughty List!
All six performances of Elf the Musical are now sold out! Additional seats may become available if tickets are returned to the Box Office. Showtime Waiting List: One hour before each show, people who want tickets can sign up in the lobby for the waiting list. As tickets become available, we will offer them to the people on the list. Ticketing Information
Tickets will be held at Will Call the day of the performance for no additional fee. Patrons may also have mailed to your home for a fee.
Will-Call & Mailed Tickets
Your ticket(s) be held at the Will Call counter for no additional charge. If picking up tickets at the counter, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time, earlier for sold-out performances. Our Box Office team can also mail hard tickets directly to your home for a $5 fee.
Refund Policy
Tickets to City Circle Theatre Company and Young Footliters Youth Theatre are non-refundable. We are understand that sometimes plans change. Up to 24 hours before your ticketed performance, you may contact the Box Office to have your tickets returned and credited to your Box Office account for future use.
Group Discounts
Groups of 10 or more attending City Circle and Young Footliters productions are eligible for a 15% discount. Contact the Box Office for more information: 319.248.9370.
Military Discount
Present and past U.S. military personnel are eligible for a 15% discount to City Circle and Young Footliters productions. Contact the Box Office for more information: 319.248.9370.
Attending the Show
Location
The Coralville Center for the Performing Arts is at 1301 5th Street in Coralville; it is located inside Plaza on 5th at the corner of 12th Avenue and 5th Street.
Parking
Free parking is available in the Town Center parking lot immediately north of the theater (the lot shared with the Coralville Public Library). Please note that parking is available both on the surface lot and below ground in the ramp; look for the doorway marked "Plaza Entrance" if parking below ground.
Arrival Time
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, and we will do our best to accommodate you if you arrive late. However, we kindly ask that you plan ahead and arrive at the theater in plenty of time to find parking, enter the facility, and be seated before the curtain rises. If you arrive after the curtain has risen, you will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. In order to avoid disrupting the performance, our staff will only be able to seat latecomers during designated breaks in the show.
- Will Call tickets will become available for pick up in the Box Office one hour before show time.
- Doors to the seating area will open approximately 30 minutes before show time.
Refunds and Extra Tickets
If you have extra tickets you are unable to use, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible. You have up to 24 hours before your ticketed performance to turn in unused tickets for a credit on your box office account. Returned tickets will be offered to a waiting list of people who were previously unable to purchase tickets.

Weather
Please note that the CCPA does not offer any refunds due to weather unless the show is cancelled by the venue. In that case, notices will be posted on the CCPA website and Facebook page, the Box Office voicemail will be updated, and an email will be sent to all ticket holders.
Covid 19 Protocol
The City of Coralville does not require the use of masks in its public, indoor facilities. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer will be made available during CCPA events. If you have any questions, please contact Patron Services at 319.248.9372.
